At CustomBeats.Agency, we are committed to transparency, professionalism, and delivering personalized services that meet the expectations of each artist. This policy explains when refunds are available and the conditions that apply.

1. Reservation Fee – $1

The $1 reservation fee is paid to initiate a custom beat request. This small engagement payment allows us to begin work on a personalized instrumental tailored to the artist’s preferences.

• If the artist chooses not to proceed with the exclusive rights purchase after hearing the preview, they can ask for a full refund of the $1.
   

• Refund requests for this fee must be made within 7 days of receiving the preview by emailing contact@custombeats.agency.
  
  
  

• Once refunded, the artist forfeits any access or rights to the beat previewed.
  
  
  

2. Exclusive Rights Purchase – $199

Once the beat is created and previewed, the artist may choose to purchase exclusive rights by paying $199.

• This payment is non-refundable, as the beat is removed from our system and can no longer be offered to others.
  
  
  

• The artist receives an exclusive license to use the beat in their own project, subject to the royalty and publishing terms outlined at purchase.
  
  
  

• Due to the custom, non-replicable nature of this service, no exceptions will be made to this refund policy once exclusive rights are transferred.
  
  
  

3. Mixing and Mastering Services

We offer professional mixing and mastering services to artists who want their audio to be finalized and polished for release.

• Before delivery, a preview version of the mixed/mastered audio will be provided.
  
  
  

• If the artist is not satisfied with the preview, they may request a full refund by emailing contact@custombeats.agency within 7 days of receiving the preview.
  
  
  

• Once a refund is issued:
  
  
  

  • The client will lose access to all versions of the mixed or mastered audio files.
    
    
    

  • The files will be removed from our system, and the client will not be licensed to use or distribute them in any form.
    
    
    

If no refund is requested within the preview period, or if the final version is downloaded or accepted in writing, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

General Terms

• All services are delivered digitally, and most begin shortly after the order is placed.
